1. Introduction:The Top10sarasota.com top10 Sarasota Contests (the "Sweepstakes") is a game of chance promotion sponsored by Top10sarasota.com ("Sponsor"). The prize drawings will have one (1) Grand Prize winner unless otherwise noted in the Sweepstakes description.
2. Timing:The "Sweepstakes Period" is from 12:00:01 am Eastern Time ("ET"), start date ("Sweepstakes-Start") to 11:59:59 pm ET, end date ("Sweepstakes-End"). Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes.
3. Eligibility:The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are the age of majority in their state of residence or older (typically 18 or older, or 19 in Alabama and Nebraska, and 21 in Mississippi). If the prize involves alcohol, entrants must be 21 years of age or older. 4. How to Enter:The Sweepstakes is available only online. Visit
www.Top10sarasota.com, follow the entry directions, and complete the free registration with a valid name and email address for which you are the authorized user. Limit: One entry per person per day during the Sweepstakes Period. "Authorized user" is the person assigned to the email address by an internet access provider or organization. In the case of a dispute, entries will be deemed to be submitted by the authorized account holder of the email. Entries submitted via automated means (e.g., scripts, bots) or made in violation of these rules will be disqualified.
5. Winner Selection:One (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected randomly within 1 day after the Sweepstakes end from all eligible entries received. The winner will be notified via email and must respond within ten (10) business days. Failure to respond will result in forfeiture of the prize, and another winner will be randomly selected. This process will continue until a winner confirms eligibility, or the Sponsor may choose not to award the prize.
6. Prizes:Only the prizes listed in the Official Rules will be awarded. Prizes are awarded "as is," with no warranties, and Sponsor is not responsible for product or service quality after delivery. Prizes cannot be transferred or exchanged.
